Question - When did you fall into professional fitness modelling?

Jen - Everybody always told me I was built like a fitness model and some jobs came up.

Question - Is it hard helping people fall into a calculated diet and regime, does it ever frustrate you?

Jen - I don't have a regime, I am naturally built how pictured, I don't work out or eat right. I mostly eat ice cream.

Question - When your photos first appeard on the covers of magazines, were you a little overwhelmed?

Jen - My picture is only on a few magazines, I just thought it was cool to be on newstands

Question - You inspire millions to live a healthier lifestyle, do you find this a great responsibility?

Jen - I actually do inspire people to live healthier lifestyles even though I don't, people always ask how I keep in shape? what they can do? ect. I always have lame answers, since I don't work out or eat right, I really think that it is genetics and to change your body with diet and exercise would be very hard.

Question - What supplements do you take? Which ones do you recommend?

Jen - I take every kind of vitamin you could imagine

Question - You keep to a diet?

About 4 meals plus snacks, on school days I eat taco bell, cold stone, and at home I eat rice a roni, blue bunny ice cream-cookies and cream, and I go out about 50 % meals to nice resturants.

Question - Which bodypart do you think is your worst? Which one is your best?

I really don't have a bad body part, I guess I don't like my hands. My best I am told is my abs, butt, shoulders, and calves

Question - What are your dreams and goals?

Jen - I hope to become a popular actress/model

Question - What advice will you give for someone wanting to take up bodybuilding?

Jen - If it's not in your genes it is alot of work and alot of illegal drugs, so take up a different proffession.
