In the 1980s, he was one of the top names in showbusiness. Fans remember him in "Batman," "Beetlejuice," "Mr. Mom" and the classic "Night Shift." He remained a major player into the '90s with roles in other "Batman" flicks as well as "My Life" and "Jackie Brown." From ther, he continued to land roles in major productions. He is still active and still getting good gigs, including a role in the recent reboot of "RoboCop" and the soon to be released Zach Galiafanakis comedy "Birdman." He's Michael Keaton and he has probably earned himself a slot in the Hollywood Hall of Fame.

Look for Keaton to join contemporary stars for another film to be released next year. It is titled "Spotlight" and is said to be a thriller about how The Boston Globe uncovered the massive molestation cover up within the Catholic church. In it, he will join Liev Schrieber, Mark Ruffalo and Rachel McAdams. It is set for a 2015 release.

Keaton was last seen in Aaron Paul's "Need for Speed." He has been in the business for decades. In fact, his first film role was in the 1978 Billy Crystal flick "Rabbit Test."
