What We Know Is Next For Marvel Studios

As we have just reported, Marvel will be making a film version of "Ant-Man." Of course, Marvel has given us major money-makers such as "The Avengers," "Iron Man" or "Thor." It is also planning blockbusters-to-be such as "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" or "Guardians of the Galaxy." We are hearing reports that the group has shown interest in wooing Johnny Depp to star in its film "Doctor Strange." So, what else in store for Marvel in the future?

"Ant-Man" Adds Michael Douglas

Marvel's "Ant-Man" film has a new name to add to its roster and its a veteran who lends the production credibility. Michael DOuglas will play "Hank Pym" in the film. Douglas is coming off the Golden Globes award winning TV production "Behind the Candelabra" and a successful gig alongside a list of legends titled "Last Vegas." In "Ant-Man," he will join Paul Rudd and Director Edgar Wright.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt To Join "Ant-Man"?

Actor Joseph Gordon Levitt says he is in talks to appear in "Ant-Man" but there is nothing in stone yet. There had been rumors circulating that he had signed on for the film. We'll just have to wait and see if it becomes official. Gordn-Levitt is coming off of major roles in films such as "The Dark Knight Rises," "Lindoln" and even "Don Jon." He is set to appear in a new "Sin City" flick.
